Why do we need a week ahead reservation?
We prepare our dishes only for the number reserved for the day,
of the most freshest ingredients mostly imported from Japan.
With the limited spacing for
8 people for the Toronto location per night, this allows the
chef MASAKI HASHIMOTO
to put all his heart and spirit into each dish he creates, and serve to you, his work of art.
Kaiseki is about these four words:
Propriety,
Courtesy,
Harmony
and
Gentleness.

Picture Taking
As a policy, picture taking is not permitted in the restaurant to preserve the serenity and tranquility of the cuisine.
Kaiseki is like the saying "Ichi-go Ichi-e" - A moment Together. The moment you spend with us cannot be repeated or duplicated. Let us all enjoy our moment together! Also, pictures are no longer sent through email due to complications.
Thank you all to those who spent the last moments at our Mississauga location. Our final moments have been truly exceptional and will be remembered. We wish to see you all again at our New location.
To our new and foregoing patrons, an unmarked moment awaits to be experienced in ceremony of tranquility and serenity of fine Japanese cuisine. A journey through culture and taste brings to you the tradition and authenticity of Kaiseki cuisine. No passport is required.
Thank you and we await our moment together.
